Why don't you go through all of these responses and tell your neighbors that? This is petition is racist. This petition is continuing the disenfranchisement of people of color. How exactly can they ever help themselves out if we never help to give them a leg up? (I am assuming your are a God-fearing Christian, and how exactly is this sort of behavior Christian? Don't you people say "Help Thy Neighbor" or something???) How do you know that once these families (who will have to go through extensive background checks because that is how HUD works, as screwed up as that even is!!!) move to the Northland they will not pay the same respect to this community as you and your "colorful" neighbors? You are painting this picture with incredibly broad strokes and jumping to conclusions just because these people leaved near "THE PASEO."

Our school systems can not accommodate the needs this will bring. Most of our schools are already overcrowded and funding resources are depleting.

Do Not allow Brineshore Development to build the proposed high density residential development! The city has one pumper company to service this area, police presence in the area is poor as well. The school districts are also not ready for a development of this magnitude!

The fact that the city government is willing to put this project in the middle of current Neighborhoods with little regard for the local residents opinion is extremely concerning. We all know Jos this could impact our lives. Our voices will be heard, this is our neighborhood and our tax dollars. The city government represents all of us in the northland as well. We will have a say!

All this is gonna do is bring more crime up north.. and make it more unsafe for kids to play outside.. i get they get a better education but y not make it better there than move the bad up north to cause more problems.
