Always enjoy the natural look when traveling Platte Purchase and watching for deer, turkey, foxes; have seen them all and don't want to lose them!!

You take our close police station and want to introduce crime into our area! Rebuild the area that these complexes are in, don't spread them out and create bigger problems. Let's take already impoverished people and put them further from their jobs and what they know. How about recognizing that if you rebuild the surrounding area to downtown that you will create jobs for people where they live

This will bring down the value of our existing homes. I have lived on Platte Purchase for 20 plus years and have watched a lot change. But this doesn't seem like it would be a good idea. My kids all went to school in the Platte. County schools and now my grandkids go there. You start building like this all our schools will be over crowed. And not to mention the wild life around this area. I have a group of deer that sleep in my yard every evening where will they go. The highway to be killed or to kill someone innocently driving home from work. Leave it alone. It already been developed enough around here

I am opposed to this high denisity housing coming into this location. This is not an appropriate location for this type of housing. The area should be left as green belts or used as something that increases the areas property values rather than decreases the property values. Crime and over crowding is a concern for Northland residents.

The Northland is not equipped to help these families. Nothing good will come from this.

We have a lot of HUD assisted properties here already, I don't understand why we need more?

The developers are working with Sly James. Sly James is trying to pump a bunch of crime up north and ruin the north land. http://brinshore.com/dev/curls-manor/

History substantiates the impact of such a decision. A rise in the crime rate. Pre-existing properties lose market value. To allow such is to provide the developer with an opportunity to profit at the expense of the current northside residents
Please don't Bring poverty and crime to the northland.
