As others have stated, there are not the the resources in our area for the needs of those who would potentially relocate here.

We already have Section 8 apartments at 152 and N Oak and crime has gone up along with homes prices going down. We can't even leave cars outside anymore without them getting broke into on a weekly basis. So they want to add more crime and devalue of our costly taxed homes - I don't think so!

There are far better places for this project. I lived in low income housing in Kansas City Kansas for many years up until the point I got tired of gunshots, thugs, and quite frankly the feeling from benefiting from others. I now live in the Northland and fear after all of my hard work, saving, insecurities for my children and I safety it will be thrown away by relocating the same type of people i left to where I've worked so hard to get. There is absolutely nothing beneficial to gain from anybody's aspect for this project. People from the inner city no the inner-city, have their friends and family and jobs they're moving them 30 minutes north will do nothing but cause problems not only for them but surrounding areas. There are no shortage for jobs here leaving them to either have transportation or follow lengthy bus schedules. I understand people needing a hand up, but it should not be at the expense of low-income renters or property owners. Sometimes Financial gains for big companies and corporations overshadow the truth of the matter.
