This would be an extreme detriment to our Northland Community, let alone the problems it will cause in our school district. No reason to relocate these people north of the river, when you could easily find space south of the river to rebuild these apartments.

You are not helping the ghetto by spreading the ghetto. You are putting the working class in danger. If you want to help the ghetto teach them to quit tearing apart the areas they live in and to quit shooting each other.

This will negatively impact our school districts & is an unacceptable placement of proposed housing.

Are schools are at capacity & we have no real bus service which these folks rely on. Your doing them an injustice.

ABSOULUTELY NOT! We do not "need" "improvements" like this. This is just another excuse for some developer to make more money and have us taxpayers foot the bill for the infrastructure and all other costs associated with this venture (as noted by many others)

This absolutely has not been properly planned for and could have drastically bad results if this development occurs.

With all of the apartment complexes that have gone up and housing developments increasing -our road infrastructure hasn't grown in accordance. Far too much congestion and not enough stop lights and round abouts to allow for easy flow. Plus with copious 1 lane streets and an increase in public transportation this is not feasible without a massive undertaking city wide for expansion of streets- which means local businesses would close for road widening and the cities tax dollars spent on something unnecessary.
