This development is a terrible idea and will only serve to decrease property value and overcrowd our already overcrowded schools.

Stop HUD housing in Nortthland. Invest the money to improve the existing Paseo location. We along with others will relocate if this plan proceeds.

This area doesn't need more housing. This are needs more retail, restaurants and services to the existing residents of the area.

Suggestion invest in the area they are in today and make it a better place for all not beneficial to the city to not make improvements where needed.

I disagree with this plan. Housing in this area are mostly single family and this type of housing would only decrease property values.

Until KC City Hall recognizes the Northland by improving infrastructure we don't need this nor want this housing development. The Northland has always been neglected by city hall.

I don't feel like this development is a good idea for the area

This is a mistake. A better plan would be to invest that money into cleaning up and improving the existing Paseo housing location. I would anticipate many Northlanders will leave the area if this comes to fruition.

This is an absurd choice. Please do not let this project go forward.

We are 11 year residents. We welcome community growth but we would like to maintain single family residential homes.

This area can not support the additional traffic & population without first, improving roads, access & increased schools.

This is just wrong. Traffic influx, school enrollment influx, huge crime influx. If the location they are in currently needs improvement, then improve that same area!!
