Our police force is already understaffed in the northland! We don't need this expansion here at this time......

This is not the type of development appropriate for this location. This will decrease rather than increase surrounding property values. Schools in this area are already overflowing and taxes will increase due to added infrastructure costs to support the development.

Please stop the building of the low income housing in our area

It may be easier and less expensive for the developers to build this type of housing from scratch instead of putting money into the existing housing or abandoned run down areas, but doing what is easier is very different from doing what is right. This proposed development is not well thought out and is not right for our area!! Our city leaders need to start listening!

Too much potential for negative impact to the surrounding community.

Not acceptable for this area!

This development steps on the hard working toes of the single family home owners in the area. This will drop the value of homes and over populate the area.

A resounding no to this plan.

Please invest money in existing residential areas. I moved to the northland because of property values and a great school district, which I would hate to see decrease.

I agree the developer should restore in their own communitues. We dont need the northland over populated, which decreases safety and property values. Congestion.

I'm against this totally. Our property value will definitely go down.

I am opposed to this development. I do not wish to see my property values decrease and taxes increase in order to sustain the effects of this development. This is not the correct solution. Money should be spent to help improve the current location and make it a better place for the residents.

I vote for improving their current location.
