The northland residents get screwed by those south of the river yet again. Why is it anytime something is proposed by the city it is to the benefit to the residents south of the river but those of us north of the river have to pay for it? For example the street cars, waste of my money, Sprint center, absolutely no benefit to the northland, Flush creek, millions dumped into a nasty ass open sewer. Now lets take away a green space and dump a bunch of ghetto trash in it. There plenty of blighted areas south of the river that need to be bulldozed. Put a housing project in one of those areas. At least that way when the ghetto trash tears up the new projects, it will fit in with the surrounding area

Bad for the area

Does not belong in this vicinity. The housing project should stay in the same area as the tenants and people that fit the same economic and social statuses.

Please do not allow this to happen to our beautiful community. Will make our private community littered with people trespassing

Northland does not have the transit infrastructure to support this type of development. The people living here will have no conveniences near by and that will lead to trouble for the surrounding communities.

NO, didn't we just spend millions cleaning up downtown? Why did we do that if we are just going to move people up north?
