What's the real scam here. It's definitely not because you care about the people in low income housing.

Our community does not need the problems associated with low income neighborhoods. Please reject this planned development.

Are you trying to run down our neighborhoods! I grew up by metro North and still love fairly close. Its bad enough things are being taken away from that area. There are now elderly people in that area and things are motvas safevascthey use to be over there. The mall is gone, the post office, even the police station moved further away....yeah that was a great idea. Wake up!

The placement of this project has been poorly thought out. Many residents being moved here have no car. This is not only moves them far from anything they know, but puts them in an area without walking or bus access to grocery stores. This apartment complex will bring down the values of all the surrounding single family homes as well. We already have clients putting their homes up for sale in this area so they can sell before their values plummet.

25 or 125, still means low income. Low income brings those who are GIVEN FREE CONSTANTLY and care nothing of value. Low income housing brings down our property values. Quit trying to bring down our property values with people who just take from the system and care nothing of value. DON'T LIE TO US! We are the blue collar working folk, we know how this system works...

Please don't allow section 8 in my neighborhood, would developers want this in their own backyard? I think not. & why, is the question & the answer.
