As the brand new owner of our Fountain Hills home, I am strongly against this development.

Schools are already crowded enough. High density housing is not needed in this area.

I work hard to be able to live in this nice area and that would just bring it down.

Defiantly not north on platte purchase!! I am already dealing with a 90 bed rehab unit going in and h u d housing would be another nightmare in our area!! Sorry but they say you can rehab people better in a different environment but that is false!!!!

There is no need to build Section 8 housing in this area. What about building at Metro North Crossings or someplace other than our area. Crime and violence will increase because of low income housing.

I feel there is a place somewhere, but do not want it in this area of Platte purchase and Barry road.

Giving assets with out positive direction must not continue, giving Opportunity is far more helpful to ALL!!

Go over to Coves North and take a look at the lovely housing those residents have to drive by every time they come into their subdivision. We don't want that kind of mess sitting at Barry and North Platte Purchase.
