I work with the police on a daily basis at my job. I know facts. The section 8 housing already in the northland is where 83% of crime in the northland comes from. The kids from these families are not interested in school either. They distract the classrooms and bring hate and drugs to the education factor. They take nothing serious because they have no worries. The math is bad here. Strike this down.

This development is a bad idea we already have poor traffic flow through this area and honestly this is a mostly established homeowners area not apartments

This is absurd, unfair to surrounding property owners and the business owners in this area.

Give the residence a vote. This will destroy property values. Focus on the solution not just treating the symptom.

A larger amount of land is need in order to move this development. Ample areas for recreation and sports, tennis courts, swimming pools need to be provided to accommodate the large number of young people that will need to have activities to be engaged in after school and in summer. 'This housing must be planned with the future in mind. Ample transportation, meeting facilities for various activities needed in order to create decent community gathering places. The community government needs to have a say in the manner in which the housing development is administered. 'Enough of ware housing families with no future planning. This is outdated and not in the best interest of the community. Tenement style housing is only a stop gap plan and only creates future problems for the new residents of the area and those that own property in the newly created neighborhood. What is best for the entire community. If it cannot be built with due consideration for all concerned then it should go back thorough the planning process until it can be constructed so that the residents can move into their new domicile with an understanding of what is required of them in areas of responsibility, lawfulness, and social interactions with their neighbors and the authorities. Please do not repeat the past.

I'm sorry but I don't want my neighborhood filled with drive by shouting. I don't want the police to be scared to come to my neighhood. I know some people on section 8 are good people with families.
