Against this. This is high traffic area with KCPL and the US Postsl service vehicles and this will produce a lot of walking traffic which would be unsafe for all.

This subsided housing/ apartment developments are notoriously crime ridden. Why on earth would they want to build this in Northland and drag down area. Seems like building these in NE would make more sense.
