Having this in Northland where there are limited free food banks, walfare offices, check cashing stores or bus lines makes no sense. People that live in this would be better off staying in KCMO urban core.

There is plenty of empty space in the Northland so do NOT put it off Barry Road. It would be a grave mistake for all of us.

Just because the city has let the conditions get to the point they are, in the areas that they want to relocate individuals, does not mean we deserve to have our schools and housing market affected. These types of developments continue to bring down the health of thriving areas.

We have so much high end developments off Barry road that would suffer from this. Our new metro north, Zona rosa, boardwalk square, etc... look at what is happening to the galleria in Stl. We don't want those problems in newly developed retail locations that were built with tax grants from hardworking family's in the northland
