This (invalid) 'Petition' was posted by a couple of Adderall-schneefing, entitled narcissistic Millennials who have been caught cheating on their personal and business income taxes after failing to declare hundreds of thousands of dollars in personal income over the course of the past 5 taxation years while they filed false income declarations with the Family Court in Kamloops, BC - claiming to be 'poor' and living below the poverty line while illegally breeding upwards of 70 snakes, rats, geckos, frogs and pillbugs for commercial sale from their rented home while having the audacity to file suit against his ex common-law wife (a single Mom of 2, who legitimately lives in low rent housing) for child support.
Perhaps a more practical cause would be a GoFundMe page for their legal, criminal defense fund ;. )

It is time for the bylaw to be updated. This is the opportunity to bring current knowledge and standards into place. When these lovely pets are properly cared for they do not present a risk to the community and bring an immense opportunity to learn!

People should be free to own whatever reptiles they please (within reasonable limits). My late older brother owned reptiles throughout my entire childhood and used them as a teaching opportunity and companionship. I loved those reptiles. If you treat the animal right and provide them all the necessities for their life and unique needs, there's no reason you shouldn't be unable to own them. If there's no abuse, no danger to the community, bylaw should stay out of it.

Captive bred pets are no different warm or cold blooded, with our without fur. Reptiles not taken from the wild are not wild animals.

I live my pet snake, but he wouldn’t last a minute in the wild. He’s not a wild animal, and treating him as such would just lead to his death.

I love my my reptiles they are all apart of my family and if I knew about this bylaw I would never have moved to kamloops.im a very responsible reptile owner all my reptile encounters are locked.pls change this bylaw for my will be truly heart broken if we have to rehome our reptile babys.

Many reptiles are easily kept well at home. They are bred in captivity and are not endangered. Change this silly law.
