Perhaps a clause may be added to this that would allow exceptions for people who have more than the allotted number of pets inside their homes during winter. This bylaw would need to be amended .

I have a Belgian Malinois named Kara and she is only allowed to go out and do her business in this cold weather I won't even take her for a walk
dogs should stay indoors in this cold weather. it is unethical to keep them out.

If you cannot treat your dog/animal like a person you should not have one. Bring in your pets. You would not leave a family member out in this cold nor the super hot days we have in summer.

This should not even have to be! It is the humane and right thing to do! Would any any of the people in council leave their pets out??
