I didn't think people were that stupid that they would need to be told to bring in your poor animal. They could freeze outside. come on people use your brains, if your cold so is your pet.

Let me put you outside all day with an insulated shelter and a quickly frozen bowl of water . Inhuman and unacceptable for any living thing

Animals have a circulatory and nervous system just like humans do. They feel cold, and feel the pain and discomfort that follows it. It's cruel to leave them outside in this weather. I myself have heard of animals freezing to death. Limit this preventabel tragedy!! It's outrageous not to let them in! If we have to keep the AC on for them in summer so they don't overheat, we MUST do the same in Winter. BRING YOUR PETS INSIDE! oR YOU ARE NOT GOOD ENOGUH TO HAVE PETS

Already had to make reports about people leaving their pet out in cold weather/rain for hours n hours, with no shelter. Should be brought up on charges.

Dear Windsor City Council....do some research and know what it means to be a "pack animal"! It would also be a good idea to inform yourselves on the fact that dogs (and cats) are 'domesticated' and do NOT do well in the cold or alone.

i've seen many dogs outside in this weather in amherstburg, dogs and cats cannot stand the cold just like humans. it's not right to leave an animal in this kind of weather.

To leave dogs outside in this fridgid weather is very cruel and also heartbreaking for the people who care to see.please bring your pets inside , ,and dont leave them outside , in the heat of summer ,without some shade and water , they do have feelings ,
