NO animal should hav to suffer because of a neglectful human! I dont understand why this isnt a BIG deal already? No heart. No compassion. Lets protect those who cannot protect themselves. we owe them this much!

They are so helpless we are their only hope for protection against cruelty. It only take s few minutes for their little paws to freeze. There should be a law against leaving them outside in extreme temperatures, either hot or cold. Both are hard on them.

Owners are responsible for the care of the animal they chose to bring home. If you keep your animal outside, you dont deserve it. Animals should be apart if the family, not a lawn ornament.
