Extremely important that our elected representatives understand the importance of this petition and take steps to recify how animals are considered, especially in frigid weather.

I find it absolutley unbelievabel that anyone that has a pulse cannot see that this is so inhumane and cruel, I wouldl ike to chain them out and see how they wouldl ike it! m

This should go without saying, if it's too cold for you it's too cold for an animal...

Why would a pet be sitting outside by himself anyway? Why would anyone get a pet so he can live his life alone outside?

too many animals suffer in the cold. people think because they have fur &/or some sort of shelter they'll be warm but that just isn't true. same goes with hot weather. no animal should be left out in that. and no, having shade under a tree does not help!
This is a law that is long over due! Animals cannot survive the kind of weather we are experiencing without out help!
This should also be in affect for Leamington/Kingsville areas as well
Please consider this as a BEING and not a monster. This is a heinous thing to do.
