I'd like to see it a law that people have to make sure in extreme weather that their pets are safe. It only makes sense. Personally, I'd also like to see a program whereby people caught dropping them off or letting them go feral are fined.

It's time to make a change and protect the helpless who are forced to live in extreme weather conditions.

Angers me immensely that there are so many ignorant heartless people out there neglecting these animals..I say animals because these people don't know the meaning of a Pet.. They should find out the hard way!! With either strict fines, jail for repeat offenders or even better take their dog from them & give to a loving family who really knows the meaning of a pet..UNCONDITIONAL LOVE... I personally would like to knock the shit out of these idiots, strip them naked & hold their heads down in a snow bank!!!

Windsor needs to follow Essex, On. new dog rules as soon a possible! I would also like to very stiff sentences handed down by the court system to animal abusers! It is time to protect living animals from abusers maybe it stiffer penalties were handed out people wouldn't be so abusive!

Pathetic that we even have to sign such a thing to make sure our pets are safe from harm.

If we have a leash law to protect people from dogs...... then why can't we have a law for the dogs to protect them from the people?????
