CANADIAN CHARTER OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS Constitution Act 1982 part 1 .8. " Everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search and seizure" .......coming onto private property, without just cause, without permission and WITHOUT A WARRENT. I don,t think so. This is just another blatant attempt for more taxation without representation.
