My dad deserves this pay raise like everyone else. He risks his life every day to make sure you and your family get home safe by keeping our roads safe

Issuing pay raises for all except supervisors?? Absolutely not! Some of these employees will be earning more than supervisors/foreman! These supervisors work hard and diligently. KYTC you will be losing some of your best employees by not issuing a raise for supervisors. Take care of your employees!

End the convoluted logic of KYTC pay raises !! Keep it fair and balanced. It's not that Hard people. Our Leadership needs to start using their big degrees for something besides wall decorations. It would embarrass me to think if I was government leadership that set things up in such of a way that it would cause a toxic and chaotic work environment to the very people who get out there and risk their lives everyday at times to keep your roadways safe and passable for you to get to your family and friends and back to work.
