Immigration detention should not be run the same as prisons. Our immigration system needs to be welcoming and humane. Immigrants deserve to not have the rules changed and then be accused of being criminals. They are integral parts of our communities. They are our neighbors. Stop funding for profit detention centers and ICE.

We need to outlaw private prisons! Their constant grasping for profit means they constantly try to cut costs for caring for the Adults In Custody and people suffer.
