As many have said we need a another round. Hopefully the last one, we should strive to have a system like this:

"I really think Pepsi should have released Pepsi Perfect in plastic bottles to select stores for Oct 21. They should have been available at common convenience stores like 7 Eleven, Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, and some select restaurants, etc. Sell them for $10.21 and have them available for purchase only on that day. After that, the remaining stock can be returned to Pepsi and purchased directly from Pepsi until sold out.

And they still could have had a collectable version as well. A solid glass version with etched numbers on the bottom and a certificate of authenticity included which they could have sold for more than $20.15 and donated some profits to the Michael J Fox foundation. The collectable piece could come in the tube like they do now, and the regular plastic version come without the tube. That would be the way to go.

The collectors can still have a collectable piece that is limited release, and everyone else could have had a fun Back to the Future day with regular plastic bottles.

Imagine being able to go to a local dinner and buying one on the day. People would be posting to twitter, facebook and instagram ALL day showing it off and Pepsi would have OWNED Oct 21. Instead they got a TON of bad press on the day, and had to do this "Round 2" and now they are still going to get bad press."

This system allows for order and plentiful stock. Instead of a "First come First serve" limited edition bottle. All people want is some collectors edition memorabilia! Come on Pepsi GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT!
