The Hazbin Hotel Promo Card distribution system is skewed and unfair. Fans wish to complete their collections, but have to compete with limited quantities and resellers buying the inventory. 

I would like to implement a system that allows trading cards to be accessible to all at a fair pace. I suggest that the promo cards be put up for preorder on the site for 48 hours. After such, preorder may be closed. Afterwards, production would commence based on the initial interest amount. 

I would also suggest, limiting each promo drop, to 5 per address. Not order. 

Every so often, the promo card will be placed back up for preorder, so fans may get the chance to get it again, in case they missed it the first time around. 

Also, promo cards should cease being convention or event exclusive, seeing as how it is extremely unfair to those that cannot travel and spend such expenses just to obtain a shiny piece of cardstock. 

Many resellers JUMP at the chance to grab these exclusives and sell them for exorbitant prices. The most recent example being the Vox Populi Cracked Ice card, it was ran through EQL, with 1000 units available. A raffle to determine who could buy it. It was done to try and make things more fair, but left many of us dissatisfied and disappointed. 

Many that obtained the card through this method, have already listed it on resell sights for unjust prices. 

A higher demand, should have a higher supply, which is why the preorder system would work best for these fan favorites. It would also bring more money in from sales for the company involved. 

In conclusion, I wish to make the distribution of the Hazbin Hotel Promo cards more fair and just for the fans wishing to obtain them.
