As alumni of Pepperdine University School of Law, we voice our solidarity with student organizations opposing the invitation of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas to the School of Law Dinner. We urge the administration to continue to cooperate with these students in efforts to prevent and raise awareness of sexual harassment and assault.

We echo and endorse their words. We support their struggle, and take great pride in their courage.

We are better than this.
