Hertford is a historic town and a mosque has no place here. I think a mosque woul look quite invasive visually.

we are not an Islamic country, we are a Christian state, no mosques should be built here full stop. Australia doesn't put up with this, why should we?

Simply don't want Hertford to become the next Luton. Our town is fine how it is and should be left that way. The money should be spent on building affordable housing for people whom can not afford the ridiculous prices in Hertford

I personally am against a mosque as I think religion can cause problems, war and to many mixed believes and views. Why allow churches then? These are already apart of Hertford so why change what already works ok? I believe strongly we are in need more of shop and things for the kids of our community to do and if money is being spent on a mosque it's wasted money as far more people in the area need other things build! Religion is a choice for some but not for all so why waste money on something few locals would use, I can't say I know one person who would use it! Please please don't build a mosque!!!

For every Cathedral built in Mecca there should be a mosque allowed in the U.K. I have no problem with that

Luton is an example of what we don't want in Hertford. No mosques anywhere and not just Hertford. This country is being over taken by Muslims.

I'm not against islam but what really gets me is the fact this country's main religion is c of e but if you went to a country that their main religion is islam and tried to put a church up it wouldn't be allowed so why are we allowing a mosque I just don't agree

Where there is a mosque a year later there will be another and another. Now our council are already struggling to home the people who have lived in hertford for a while. So how can we home the extra muslim's that will come to the area with the mosque. We cant so no to mosque.
