Even though the service was so terrible I would be happy to just get out of the early termination penaltie fee $300.00 which is already on collections affecting my credit I had them for over a year that’s a long time for the bad service they provide.

Mine was crap after 2 days after it was install in feb 2020 poor 0 mbps or 1 mbps this makes the 3rd month I had this crap.checked internet connection on 4/8/20 and had 0 mbps 4/8/20 is my renewal date. I call HughesNet support and they was no help either. Tried several times later and all I hot was them hanging up on me

Their service is abhorrent. I just got off of one of my many chats. I was on hold for 55 minutes and all they said was "call phone support". Another thing that really bugs me they require you to enter your name, email and account number before the chat...then they ask you for the same info when the chat starts. What? I hate these guys.

$107/mo for dial up slow, data capped internet .... the poor service and buffering eats up all our data allotment. The service isn't even strong enough for me to pay my bill online. I have to drive into town and pay it using my cell service.

I am so upset I regret having this company in my home. I don’t have a choice but to get charged the jacked up prices for HughesNet. This company is horrible. I hope they go down. During this pandemic they don’t care about helping our students and people who stay home with internet. They will give you one token if you are lucky about 30gb. This is horrible. I can’t even cancel because if I do I’ll get charged a 400 early termination fee.

Hughsnet is the worst they can’t provide the speed the advertise and the data disappears. Then they slow your speed to which you can barely use your devices

We only get service one day a month, then they claim it all went in one day, which is always the day after they take payment. We get no service 30 days out of the month.

Never experienced such horrible internet in my life. Can't watch Net Flex at all. Towards the end of month wi fi is useless, but advertise unlimited.
