We as residents of pennsylvania vote on our leading officials to represent the majority of our state. The signatures on this petition are from citizens who support the legalization of recreational marijuana use. As the citizens, who live here without that right if we so choose, and those who pay taxes on all of those incarcerated for this crime, demand that this be put into effect.
