We the undersigned urge you to write and pass legislation legalizing the use, production, and trade of recreational Marijuana.
Marijuana has been unjustifiably criminalized since the Marijuana Tax Act passed in 1937. The war on drugs has since overcrowded prisons with inmates charged with victimless crimes, causing American Taxpayers unnecessary seizure of wealth. Criminalization of Marijuana has inflated the black market, incentivising unsafe and illegal commerce.
Legalise Recreational Marijuana and stop the Tyranny of the Wisconsin Justice System on the innocent people of Wisconsin.

I started this because I felt like we were alone in wanting a change but your stories in the comments have shown me otherwise. This momentum belongs entirely to the people who took the time to speak up against a system that is clearly outdated. I am still learning how to navigate the next steps but I am honored to be standing alongside all of you.

I am honestly a bit overwhelmed by the way this has grown. This momentum belongs to you because I never imagined so many people would care enough to step up and join in.

California finally got it Colorado is raking in the money and so is Nevada what are you waiting for
Its ridiculous that we are missing out on all this tax money while people drive to Illinois to spend their paychecks. Common sense dictates we should tax it here and fix our roads.
until Big Pharma is reigned in they will keep us addicted to their poisons so sad :)_
Need to get the bill passed for a number of reasons but number 1. Is It will generate jobs and tax revenue for the sate.
This will help boost the economy, lessen the opiod epidemic, and help many medically.

I need to see especially medical marijuana In Wisconsin. I have been on oxycodone(off now) for 8 years from back surgeries(fusions) but cbd has helped but the ability to have higher thc content would mean better pain relief.
