The school actually changed the policy and Netflix is finally unblocked. I am honestly stunned that this worked out but it is entirely because of your support. Keep an eye on the network filters to make sure they stick to this change.

Penn High Schools students have suffered long enough without Netflix and it's about time to change that! As many of you already know, Penn High School's security measures have gone way above and beyond our expectations. Banning anything and everything to ensure we are getting a "proper" school education. They've blocked websites such as...YouTube, Facebook, and even CoolMath games; not to mention twitter and our beloved Netflix. By signing this petition you hear by agree to give your fullest extent and greatest of efforts to do everything in your power and help us Unblock unnecessary websites such as those above, starting with Netflix.

In study hall there's sometimes no work to be done. It be nice if we had something to do.
its ridiculous how much stuff is blocked on these chromebooks. half the time the stuff we actually need for class gets caught in the filter anyway.
Netflix is a need for many of the Penn students. Not myself but I'd like to not hear a lot of people complaining about it either way so. :)
We have lost too much from all the blocking that is going on. They should at least consider what the students think and if they don't like students being on certain websites there are better ways to stop them from going on those websites. I see the no need for blocking them, with all the blocking they did but we have no computer freedom.
We should be able to watch something in study hall when we have nothing to study or work on.

please just let us have netflix in study hall. we literally have nothing else to do and it would make the day go way faster.
