Only doctors and pharmacists will benefit from this. Not to mention the huge insurance scheme by cronies. The rakyat will suffer. Hanya doctor dan ahli farmasi untung dari pengasingan preskripsi. Kroni mengaut keuntungan. Rakyat terus susah. Ini kah rakyat didahulukan ?

malaysia is not ready for separating dispensing rights. There is just too little enforcement on pharmacies.At current state the pharmacist already initiating hypertensive or diabetes medication over the counter and continue 'follow up' for patient for years till complications occur and if the dispensing rights separated ,I can only forsee that the public ' s health will be severely affected , patient will probably turn to government hospital to save the trouble or during emergencies and many more problems.So it is a definite NO .
