It has been more than 2 months that I have submitted the stamp duty at Prateek Group office to get my flat C-401 Prateek Wisteria, sub- lease registration done.
But so far I'm still waiting for more than 60 days it is pending at Noida Authority to sign the documents.
Please help to expedite the process.

First they refused to take the draft/stamp paper couple of months early this year and there after even taking stamp paper for more than two months now, nothing has progressed. Prateek Group even do not have any transparency or clarity in their communication regarding this is next matter. We really need this to be expedited. Thank you!

I have been chasing Prateek group since Mar'16 and on first hand they have not accepted Stamp papers since 2 months. Finally accepted Stamp papers in the last week of May'16. I am fearing the stamp duty might increase and I have to pay more.
