Registry pending even after paying the estamp amount for 2 months. Builder Prateek Wisteria says Noida authority is co operating and NA says the builder is at fault. We have no place to run

Registry of my flat E-1606, Prateek Wisteria, Sec 77 Noida is not happening despite u submitted stamp papers in March End. Prateek Group taking no responsibility if the stamp duty rates becomes effective in between.
We need immediate action.

We are irked by this ignorant behavior of Prateek group. There is a need of quick action by them on this matter, why should the residents suffer for their fault and lousiness.
