As members of the Pemberton community, we are vehemently opposed to sending our children to a school that is further away from our home. If education is the main function of school, why is the school board considering lengthening the travel time for students? As an educator, isn't it imperative that the wellfare of students be the main priority?
- Lengthening commuting time for children will result in fatigue,
- leads to less productivity \ acquisition of knowledge on the students' part.
- This will lead to lower school grades, and increased frustrations for educators.
