This is such a danger to all who cross it. A crossing is seriously needed.

Crossings are desperately needed here at all of the points where people cross. Especially since people with children go to these places so it needs to be safe for them to cross.

I have biked this junction too, I feel it's dangerous to cross for pedestrians and cyclists. The railings on the corner make it impossible to cross too.

This particular place always made me wonder why on earth there isn't crossing there ? Its so busy there and with such a high risk we need to think of safety of our children. Glad I saw this petition and hope it can help resolve this safety problem many people has to deal with every day.

I've never known a town with so little regard for the safety of pedestrians. Hardly any crossings anywhere! This is a particularly bad spot - a major junction/cross-road and not a single pedestrian crossing.

We definitely need a pedestrian crossing at this junction as it is incredibly busy and children and old people are at risk trying to cross the road. It is hard to believe that a crossing wasn't put in when McDonald's was built.

this is long overdue, it is unthinkable that there is no pedestrian crossing there already, a very dangerous place for pedestrains yet full of restaurants attracting lots of children - does someone have to die first to make it safer to cross the road?

There is no safe route over this very busy road which is used by children travelling not only to primary school but also secondary school. This would benefit so many people & keep our children safe!

Traffic lights change so quick that pedestrians are half way across when traffic is heading toward them! Even if you walk round the corner traffic coming down the hill are in a rush to get into town. Only safe way would be to put a crossing.
