I like to walk with my children to Dysart Park but to cross here is so dangerous and I have always taught them only to cross where there is a pedestrian/zebra crossing. Please put a crossing here before there is an accident.

This section of road is very dangerous to cross, especially with children. I make my children walk right down to the crossing opposite Sainsburys rather than cross at thos dangerous point. Please put a pedestrian crossinh here before there is an accident.

At every other major crossroad in Grantham there is a pedestrian crossing for each road. I definitely support this .

The pedestrian is always put second! Unless you know the lights sequence, and then you have to run like the wind to get across before any cars move, you literally put your life at risk, if you have a pushchair or small children or are elderly you have no chance of crossing!

This has been needed for a very long time and even when the bypass is built it will still be needed

Such a dangerous junction, can't believe the council didn't put one in when they did loads of work on it a while ago

I have nearly been knocked down with my 5 kids when crossing this very busy road so many times.. It's far too much of a risk to life when you are trying to cross and there is NO alternative but to try and guess the lights/traffic and take a leap of faith when trying to cross. It's very scary and when something is endangering so many lives it has to be changed or someone will be sorry when they have blood on their hands. We need a crossing here, it's a fact and a matter of life or death when you consider the volume of pedestrians. Especially around school run times.

This junction is the reason I will not allow my daughter to walk to school. You take your life in your hands; trying to navigate 3 lanes of traffic, and 2 blind corners. It would be safer to cross the A1 !!

The most dangerous place in town to cross the road. I've witnessed old folk almost get run down here on several occasions.

It is about time something was done about the safety of everyone who attempts to cross the roads at this extremely busy junction

Drivers do not see pedestrians when they attempt to cross and even when waiting in the dipped areas indicating intention to cross they still block the area to cross. These dips are not fit for purpose and we need a crossing before a serious accident occurs.
