We hoped that one was being put in when they changed the junctions. It is a horrendous route used by many . It needs a proper crossing.

I am just about to have a baby and cross this road ofter, I would love to see a crossing put here to minimise the risk of an accident happening.

I've been saying for years how insane nobody has done anything like this yet. Nearly every day I see parents and pushchairs and small kids trying to cross that road. The whole area needs to be redesigned its a miracle an accident has not happened there yet! Or at least none I know of. If they put proper crossings for the towns children and parents it would get more use than some stupid statue in westgate! Plus if they put big lights up and a bar across the road in the air that when a Lorry hits it due to its height then the whole area lights up to say DO NOT TURN UP SPRINGFIELD ROAD where you will get stuck! Whoevers responsibility it is to make this towns traffic movement running smoothly and planned well needs sacking.
WE NEED A CROSSING ON THAT JUNCTION NOT NOW BUT YEARS AGO THINK ABOUT IT.

The one and only time I attempted to cross the junction, resulted in a car speeding around the corner onto Springfield road, almost knocking me over. I am neither a young child or elderly person, so get something done about this fit everyone's safety.

It could do with a crossing. Ive seen people running and chancing it so many times. One day somebody will get hurt or worse!

i use this quite often.complained to council think its exstreamly dangerouse rd.worst in town baddly needs crossing..one day soin some inocent child will get killed.like game chicken to cross this rd.i welcome crossing
