Why the council zhave not put one in yet I do not know it so dangerous to cross there as a adult let alone if you have kids as well

Hello.
I cannot see any justification not to put crossing in the location.
Talking as a motorist people making a dash for it can be a problem for me but what options do they have.
A safe crossing point must be install to keep pedestrians safe and not put motorist in a position where they could seriously injure someone.

I use this crossing regularly with my toddler grandchild and baby in pram. It is a nightmare. Very dangerous.

Why wasn't this done when the widened that end of Springfield road to squeeze in the extra lane? Long long overdue!!

Very dangerous. Crossings should have been factored in when the roadworks were done some years ago.

this is a very dangerous crossing for children travelling to school or to the shops, can't believe this crossing doesn't have a proper crossing for people to cross with.

I deffo agree there needs to be a crossing here.. for one theres a bus stop on one side so people need to get to that bus stop safetly and plus theres food places too which people would walk across to get to so yes there needs to be one
