I am hoping to be elected as your Windsor Law Dual JD 1L Class President for the 2020-2021 term. It is my goal to represent the class in a professional and fun manner and build the strongest connections amongst us that we possibly can.

Throughout my undergraduate experience at McMaster University, I have held multiple executive positions including Student Representative of the Philosophy Department, Student Representative for the Faculty of Humanities and Vice President of the Justice, Political Philosophy & Law Society. I believe these roles have equipped me in preparing for a leadership position at Windsor Law and working towards strengthening our community together.

The two main focuses of my campaign revolve around INCLUSIVITY and OPPORTUNITY. I want to make sure that every individual in the class feels welcomed and that their voice is heard. I look forward to building a relationship with each and every one of you in order to do this. As a minority in multiple realms, I understand the importance of inclusion in your community in order to strengthen your identity. Feeling comfortable in your environment is an essential factor to succeeding academically. This also opens the door for many new opportunities we will be presented with in law school. I will work tirelessly to ensure these opportunities are available and accessible to all of us in order for us to thrive as academics, friends and individuals.
