No dog/animal should be put down. And especially for some stupid law, everyone knows dogs bark are we going to put down every dog that barks...No.

What is wrong with you people in Florida? I'm ashamed to admit I was born there. I am seriously reconsidering vacationing there this summer and definitely looking at other options for our retirement.
