this is outrageous. Dogs bark. It's a natural thing. One of my dogs will bark at anyone who walks by our yard, if they approach the fence then she turns it up a few notches and will growl at them. She is protecting her home, it's normal. Dogs shouldn't be punished for it, they didn't harm anyone.
