This is outrageous. If the dogs barking was a problem then a caution should have been issued to alert you and give you time to resolve the situation. To execute these animals because it irritated someone is out of order on such a grand scale.

these dogs need to go back to their home. The neighbor needs a healthy hobby, and whomever decided it was a question of life and death bc of barking needs a new job and to take a look at their own heart and morale compass.

Dogs bark and even growl to protect their territory. They do just what is natural to them. Let them go home and make the neighbor volunteer at a shelter.
