It is reprehensible that one neighbour can be responsible for killing 2 beautiful dogs! The same situation developed at my home where I have lived for over 25 years. A new neighbour moved in who didn't like dogs and because they complained 3 times about the dogs barking (one complaint happened to be phoned in when the by-law officer was here and the dogs were inside!). In our city after 3 complaints the dogs can be taken and killed. The complaint should have to come from more than one source and the stipulation that the dogs are considered dangerous if they just 'scare someone' is a ridiculous stipulation in their animal control by-laws.

The dogs were just being dogs. They are being treated like this because of the stigma around pitbulls.

This is animal cruelty and must stop NOW!!!!!-
