These dogs are noisy but not dangerous ! Some people can't bear anything ! Now the owner of the dogs can and must do something to avoid their noise. But in any case they deserve to be killed because of a touchy neighbour

Purpose of having dogs is for protection. They cannot talk unfortunately. Can only bark when they feel something is wrong or for love. So why punish if they didn't attack, lookinto reason for barking.
