Two Port St. Lucie dogs impounded for barking at neighbor, could be euthanized

Sent them to training, don't kill them for being dogs how cruel can you be?

All Dogs Bark! That is how they communicate. This is a reason Police use dogs to bark when they are trained to detect something. So Dogs are trained by law enforcement to bark and stay/sit. That is a dogs only voice. This is ridiculous that two barking dogs are going to be killed for simply barking. God Help our Country and the laws that some Person made and others enforce! This is a sad day when it comes to a dogs only voice. It's ok when a dog barks because they have found a baby in the woods or a injured animal or a bomb while serving in the armed forces but if they bark at your home it's illgegal? This makes No Sense!!

Dogs bark it is how they communicate! Just because a person is scared of barking dogs doesn't give you the right to murder them! I am scared of a lot of things but I do not call someone to come an euthanize the things I'm scared of! Your state is already known for many scary and horrible things don't add to it now with this. Make the right decision and give them back their dogs and then CHANGE THIS LAW!

That is unfair to punish those innocent dogs by taking them from their owner for barking, it is truly & unbelievably wrong for their life to be taken for barking. That's what dogs do...... That neigbor must have connection with an unfair individual or individuals that authority. Let these dogs live & give them back to their owner (where they belong) They have every right to live.

The dogs only barked they did not attack. This "law" is so wrong in its interpretation.

I hope someone will adopt them. Thank goodness I do not live in Florida. My dogs bark when they are protecting our property.

That is a ridiculous ordinance. Killing dogs for barking -- which is what dogs do !! Please please release them back to their heartbroken owners. This is wrong in all ways.

had something like this happen to my 2 dogs long ago,and it turned out the neighbor was antagonizing them. need to video the dogs and the neighbor at the time they bark.

I can only shake my head at how ridiculous this is. Please let these dogs go!
