Two Port St. Lucie dogs impounded for barking at neighbor, could be euthanized

give her her dogs bark barkin is a natural response for dogs they cant help barking if they well loved fed watered and takin care of they should be left with their owners not euthanized for barking animal control or anyone else should be euthanized for speaking

Please have a heart...they bark...the only voice they have...that isnt sufficient reason to put them down. i pray that this doesnt occur!

There are steps that can be taken to stop a dog from barking other than killing. This is inhumane and barbaric. Dogs bark and humans that decide death is the penalty for barking are heartless.

This is outrageous!! Where is it even slightly acceptable to take a person's pets out of their homes because others have a problem that's not even threatening, just an annoyance!?? Barking is natural for dogs! If people can't handle that get some headphones and ignore it! What if it were a screaming child?! Would you take them away too just for being loud and obnoxious like kids are?!! I'd be getting my dogs and moving!!!

To euthanize a dog because it barks is utter stupidity. It is natural for a dog to bark. Please don't take their lives for something such as this. Have some compassion for man's best friend who will love you no matter how you treat him.

My little dogs bark at EVERYONE all the time!!!! This is rediculous!!! Neighbor should have given them snacks & they would NEVER snark again except to let let them know they are ready for snacks

Please, please, please! Do not kill these dogs just because they were barking. It's dogs nature to bark. Just like human talking loudly! This are one of their means to communicate. Instead of killing them, send them to a non-profit organization that will train the dogs. And release to it's foster or owner. God bless you!

This is complete and utter bulls$$t! This first and foremost violates the rights of the owners to whom these dogs belong. Secondly, since when do others have the right to keep dogs from barking at them - do they not do that by nature? I demand that the authorities in Port Lucie release these animals to their rightful owners IMMEDIATELY.
