Are you kidding me PSL???? Just another poor decision on your part. VGTI,Digital Domain,tax hike to bail out the city due to your incompetence, and now you want to put down barking dogs!!!!!!!! Surely someone of authority can come up with a plan to save these defenseless dogs. What's wrong with these neighbors? They should put their efforts to volunteering at a shelter instead of wanting to see these dogs euthanized.These dogs need a voice and PSL has no voice of reason!!! Beware pet owners you and your barking dog could be next!!!!

Dogs protect their homes by barking at strangers even if the stranger happens to be your neighbor their protecting and warning their family of what's going on since they have a better hearing than humans I feel sad for these dogs that are doing exactly what they have to do. Why do police work dogs bark why they find drugs or when someone flees the scene and the dogs find them? I'll leave that for you to answer
