Two Port St. Lucie dogs impounded for barking at neighbor, could be euthanized

Are you kidding me, you are going to put dogs down for barking! BARKING! What in the world is wrong with you people.

This is soo wrong and makes nooooo sense.

These dogs do not deserve to be put down we need to save them please.

Do not put these dogs down! Let's find them homes!

Very wrong to kill to dogs just for barking, place them in a home that will get them the exercise and attention they need.

This is absolutely crazy they dogs they always park they have to bark that's craxy expect dogs be always sleep that like tell people not to talk

This is just crazy, dogs bark, cats meow. Perhaps the dogs just wanted to play? I suppose if it was kids playing and making noise, the kids would be hauled away and killed? People try to get along; we have much more to worry about than a dog barking at you! Maybe it had a good reason to bark, did the neighbor threaten them or their owner?

this is so foolish...if two neighbors got into an argument and were yelling at each other we wouldn't jail or kill them...

Release the dogs and find another way to satisfy the offended neighbor.

Euthanizing these dogs would be a cruel slap in the face to the many organizations though out our state that work tirelessly to educate the public on the nature of dogs. Not every dog will like every person in every circumstance and that is something we work on every day in rescues. Please do the right thing and return these dogs to their loving family.

Just because someone is afraid of dogs, that is NO reason to euthanize a dog for barking. Dogs bark, and the person who was barked at needs to learn to accept that fact. We can't just euthanize every dog who barks...

Change the Law and save the Dog's.

The dogs aren't the problem, please don't euthanize an innocent dog because they bark! These dogs have showed no aggression what so ever!

This is ridiculous. A dog should not be considered for euthanasia simply because they're barking at a person. This is what dogs do. They bark. I suppose we should start 'legally' killing all animals that make sounds now under this standard, too, right? My neighbor has a caged bird that sings during the day when people are watching it. Looks like it might hurt someone if it ever got out and started making that noise at them. Does this make a good candidate for euthanasia?

Just because they bark, really! And we call ourselves humans. Animals have more compassion than most people. Give these 2 dogs a chance instead of jumping to conclusions.

Just like people talk .....dogs bark. Some dogs bark more than others but it doesn't mean they should be killed. such as sad world we live in. Think about how wrong this is.

There dogs barking is wot they do there's a lot worse things goin on out there than noisy dogs wots up with u leave them alone
