Dog Haters would be the only dogs ass to do something like this... maybe we should have them arrested for speaking... or talking to loud... or for just being ass holes who live a miserable life... ya I'm pissed.. I have four dogs all rescues..and they all bark when someone comes near our fence.. it's called a dog's mentality of guarding their turf..

The dogs where probably wanting to play, or were for them "guarding their territory". Its a domestic thing that cant be taken away because that's what makes dogs be dogs
