I am in support of Paxton Buckley Loda School District to repeal the mask recommendations/requirements and proof of COVID vaccinations. This is based on numerous concerns some of which include: health risks associated with wearing masks, the spirit of fear within the student body that it fosters, the fact that the parents/individual right and duty to make a choice for their child's best interest has been removed, the increased anxiety level generated that negatively impacts a learning environment, the decrease in social skills due to loss of facial expression and obstacles for the hearing impaired. I do not want the PBL school district to implement policies for students/faculty to show proof of vaccination or requirements for mask wearing for unvaccinated persons. I do not want students/faculty to be segregated from those who choose to vaccinate by any school mandated policy or procedure. Students/faculty deserve the right to Medical Freedom and Privacy. I request PBL School District to be open and fully functioning for all students and faculty without mask requirements or proof of vaccination.

I don't think anyone, including business, schools, etc. should be allowed to ask if someone has been vaccinated as it's against HIPPA and individual's privacy!
Masks hurt kids. Filled with bacteria they are breathing in. Mine came home with headaches every day after school. No headaches any other time.
School mask mandates, regardless of vaccination status, vary from state to state. This virus is not only in Illinois, so allowing the ISBE to mandate students/parents medical choices is taking away parental rights. It is also unacceptable to segregate children from each other, based on if they have or have not taken an “experimental” vaccine. The choice for a vaccine or a mask should be the parents choice, based on medical risk. The school staff has also been offered the vaccine, so this decision should only involve the health and mental/social wellness of the students.
Yes to No mask for our kids!!! You can go to a ball game to see the Cubs with 25000 pple and no mask why can’t kids be mask free especially in class with 20-25 kids. Free the kids!
I support this initiative to remove mask mandates for children of all ages in public school. Removing mandates does not restrict any students from wearing one at their parents discretion.
Masks are child abuse!!

The mask is completely worthless unless it's a N95, please don't make our precious children deal with this, many health professionals have determined that they are a hindrance to their health, physically and mentally and definately emotional. Thank you
