The increase in support has moved this proposal into the offices of several policy analysts currently reviewing alternative family funding models. My next step is a briefing with a representative from the parliamentary committee to present our framework for direct household subsidies.

Yes!! Daycare is way to expensive and my kids miss me so much when I am at work. We need this.
it would be so much better for the daycare waitlists too. people who actually want to stay home shouldnt have to struggle while everyone else gets the subsidy.
kids grow up too fast for someone else to be doing the parenting. give us the choice.
i work 2 jobs just to pay for a daycare that i dont even like!!! this would change everything for us.
Exactly. Let parents raise their own kids. The government shouldn't be paying strangers to do it for us.

Finally some logic. Keep families together. My wife would love to be home with our baby but we just cant afford the loss of income.
